Is there a commitment?
There are no commitments and no subscriptions. We’re as easy as apple pie! You can order one bin and continue service for as long as you like.
Where does the produce come from?
Our produce mostly comes directly from local area organic farms. This helps to assure you the freshest produce possible. If there is an item we offer that is not grown locally, we can assure you it is grown organically.
How does it all work?
Check out our delivery area first. Then it’s as easy as choosing bin 1, bin 2, bin 3 or bin 4 you would like to have delivered. Decide which type of delivery service you would prefer: weekly or every other week basis.
Submit your order online, it’s just that simple! Typically, due to processing, delivery is made the first week following your order. We will deliver during the hours of 11am to as late as 6pm.
How do I pay?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express via Google Checkout. Its safe, easy, effective and cool. You can also pay upon delivery, COD by simply leaving payment under the door mat or taped to the door.
Do you deliver in my area?
We deliver all over the Beverly Hills, Westwood and West Hollywood California area. Please check out our delivery map.
What if I don't want something in my bin?
No problem. Just let us know at any time to make adjustments prior to ordering. You can also give suggestion of things you like, or it can be a surprise to what we will switch out. Please note: We need 48 hours to modify your order.
What if I'm not going to be home?
No need to be home for delivery. We will come on the day you choose and leave your bin on your front or back porch area, so you have it when you come home.
What happens on hot summer days?
For a small charge we can put ice pack in your produce bin so your produce stays extra cool.
What if I live in a secure building?
Well, what usually happens is that, there is either a key or code that can get us in, or maybe an office/manager person, to buzz us in or maybe even a neighbor, that can let us in. It usually works out.
Our Refund Policy:
If for any reason you're not satisfied with the produce you received, please call us within 24 hours. We will gladly exchange your produce with fresh produce for your acceptance.
